In July 2020, Kreesha Saha initiated and conducted a cleanup of the Amberleigh Village lake with 5 volunteers (Arjun, Lea, Mihika, Marco, Nesara).
They removed more than 95 pounds of trash from the lake. To keep the lake clean, residents have been requested to not litter the place.
To contribute to this effort, the Amberleigh Village Board and the city also installed two trash bins.
